Trilogy Luxury Training was started to fill a need in the market to provide high-end luxury training to all sectors of the hospitality industry and cater for the need for a professional training school in Durban for Luxury Yacht stewardess training. Trilogy Luxury Training is the only school in South Africa that are IAMI GUEST accredited. We are a bespoke service and will cater to a client’s needs and requests.
Since the inception of Trilogy, things have evolved and expanded to provide consultancy to Luxury bands, conduct and etiquette training to High school students and managing new projects for High Net worth individuals supplying them with a turn-key service in their new properties, both internationally and locally, for the following:

Meet the Team
Founder and Principal Trainer
Lauren
Lauren is a yachting veteran of 12 years. She left in 2015 to start a family with her Australian Chef husband. She initially settled in Australia where her son was born before returning to Durban in late 2016. Lauren was asked to be a trainer for the British Butler’s Institute of London in 2017, travelling around the world to deliver training to private households, yachts, 5-star hotels and royal palaces and she continues to do this work alongside running Trilogy.
Her dream was to always start her own training school and in 2018 this dream became a reality when she opened Trilogy Luxury Training in Durban North. Lauren has a passion for what she does and loves to share her knowledge with others to help them achieve in their roles while inspiring them to always strive to deliver the highest standards.

Danielle
After 7 years in the yachting industry and her passion for training her stewardesses on board over the years, Danielle decided to take the big leap in hanging up her skort and moving home to pursue her dream of starting her own bespoke household and housekeeping training business, as well as keeping in touch with the yachting world through guest training for Trilogy. Danielle has the intention of bringing the same enthusiasm and standard to South Africa’s up and coming stewardesses and housekeeping industry, with her niche set of skills she trains and presents an opportunity that inspires and uplifts the community while giving them a sense of self-worth.

Laura
Prior to yachting, Laura worked at two prestigious 5* game lodges in the Sabi Sands in South Africa; Singita and Ulusaba. It was here that she first heard about the yachting industry and proceeded to embark on a 15-year career at sea, working as chief stewardess aboard superyachts ranging in size between 40 and 135m. At the beginning of 2020, Laura teamed up with Lauren at Trilogy Luxury Training to offer training for senior stewardesses. She is thrilled to be able to share the skills she has learnt over the years with future chief stewardesses in the yachting industry
