In some instances, it's a mandatory requirement for all interior crew on certain yachts. This two day course specifically targets individuals currently working or intending to work as stewards/stewardesses or chefs on yachts, as well as food handlers within catering roles.

Participants will gain insights into the significance of maintaining hygiene in their workspace. They'll learn about personal responsibilities and effective techniques to safely and hygienically prepare and handle food. Upon completion of the course, individuals will acquire the confidence and expertise necessary to ensure the safe and hygienic delivery of food to clients and guests.
